This Mobile home park sucks. If your not a drug dealer to supply the maintenance man Rob well you wont live their long. He is a evicted happy go kid. Even if you are never late on your bills. White Pine Village is also owned and operated by the same crew. I have a friend who lived on this property almost 20 years. Was never late on any bills!!!! He was writing down license plate numbers and giving them to the sheriffs department of people buying selling drugs next store to him... Hummm Rob found this out and my friend was hit with a eviction notice in the dead middle of winter. With all I said be aware of green lawn and white pine village.
