They’ve changed access methods to phone and online accounts several times which requires customers to reference numbers from paper bills. Then we have to get out our abacuses, carbon paper, and typewriters...okay, not really. But Chugach Electric is about as up to date as those tools. About as efficient too. I’ve experienced a record number of power outages within the last 12 months. However, I don’t have any option other than Chugach Electric, so I don’t have any choice about giving them my business.
