I have been using the Apple Cinnamon no sugar coffee cake mix for the last couple of months. There is an elderly couple that I made a cake for, adding 1/4 cup chopped apple and 1/4 cup chopped pecans, then drizzling with sugar free ice cream caramel topping. They keep bringing the plate back for refills. It is a pleasure we all enjoy. Thank you for the product. I have begun buying two mixes to make a regular size cake and it lasts longer:-) Thank you.
