ISO/AS9100 rev D Certified and ITAR registered Swiss Screw Machining Shop. Family owned and customer focused! Forster Tool and Manufacturing was established in 1958 by Johann Forster as a Swiss Screw Machining Shop. Today, we have established ourselves as one of the industry leaders in Illinois as one of the best Swiss Screw Machining Shops. We have expanded our capabilities since then to include both horizontal turning and vertical milling, allowing us to not only machine screws, bolts, pins, and shafts, but a variety of other parts like plates, bushings, valves, and much more! What sets Forster Tool apart from the rest of the competition is our drive to be customer focused. Since 1958 we have been family owned and operated, and we see the value in maintaining close relationships with our customers by always being available for their needs and wants. Forster Tool also takes a step forward in providing some of the best quality parts, and assurances. We maintain ISO 9001/2015 AS9100 rev D Certification, and are an ITAR registered company. Our tight quality standards and practices extend to all jobs that we take on, without additional costs you would find at larger manufacturers. With a friendly staff, top quality parts, and low costs, you can see why Forster Tool has become one of the go to shops in Illinois for custom manufactured parts.
