In November called Charles A Klein today I finally have heat after many tall tails and stories and $1900 the cost of a new unit. In November I call CA Klein after a licensed HVAC person told me he thought it was the heat ex changers and that it should be covered by warranty The person who answered the phone said it was not covered due to being over 5 years old I pressed on she put me on hold and came back and said yes they have a 20 year warranty. So we set an appointment and the tech confirmed the issue. The services manager quoted a 600 dollar price. When it came time to put the part in the price was $950 no parts just labor and that was deal because he would be there all day he was there 4 hours. He said we had a crack in the collector box and that he calked it but we needed a new one and that it could cause major damage if we didn't fix it. He also didn't put in the new filter that was lying near the unit. 2 weeks went by I called the services manager to let him know the unit was making funny sound and I had to through the switch back and forth back and forth and that sometime the hear comes on but not the blower and that concerned me because the NEW heat ex-changers could warp. 2 more weeks went buy we bought 2 space heaters I called service manager twice Finally I called and someone said OH your part came in today (yea Right) so I scheduled an
