Vandalia State Beer and Wine Store. Purchsed a drink Starbucks advertised for $2.39 when I went to pay they charged $3.79. I told them the sign said $2.39 and the guy ran over there to rip it down. They claimed they forgot to take it down. I still paid the $3.79 even know they had it advertised for less. If you do not check your prices they ring-up I would it may not be the advertised price. Had I bought more than one thing I might not have noticed...and they would have made more money off of me. Sad that they run the business this way. If you forget to take a sign down that is what the customer should pay. Taking it down minutes after the customer pays the inflated price is jsut wrong... This is a store where you should closely check your receipt...
