Her staff is the worst every! Mary is the front to her office & represents the Dr. quite well! Both are HORRIBLE! I would never recommend this Doctor to anyone who is informed about their own care & well being. Office staff doesnt own up for mistakes. Dr. has poor bedside manner & doesnt have rights per the medical board to any hospitals. I didnt do my homework & didnt realize she had corrective action against her! I have had Dr. Lyons for a number of years and have recommended her to friends and family. I find her staff very helpful, and very polite. I don't mind the wait in her office, as I know that whoever she is seeing she takes her time with, as she does me. So if you want to feel you are just a 15 min. process, maybe you need to see a different doctor. If you want a doctor that takes the time to hear you, and genuinely listens I recommend Dr. Lyons and her staff.
