I have been going to Rochester Linoleum and Carpet for years (Max Pies) in Brighton. My elderly parents ordered a remnant and the inexperinced employee made a mistake in the measurements and unfortunately my father didn't catch it and signed the paper. They want another carpet or their money back and this company refuses. Now they are stuck with a carpet that doesn't fit. Give me a break! All for a $ 200 carpet. NEVER EVER GO THERE!!!!!!!! What ever happened to the "customer is always right?" They will never get any more business from any I know!
