If you need to get to an appointment do not rely on them to get you there. They cancelled a very important pickup less than 2 hours before the appointment and we had no way to get to the appointment. Have been trying to get reimbursement for driving to appointments for the last 6 months and have given them paperwork from the doctors showing over 4000 miles driven and have not received a dime. Have called numerous times to get it straightened out and never get anywhere, wrote a letter and got no response. Have given them the information sent directly from the provider 3 times and nothing has been done to resolve the issues of no reimbursement. Extremely upset about this company.
