Buckler J Stephen DDSOur well-qualified team of professionals provides you a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. Our top concern is to protect your well-being. For this reason, our practice consistently surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. Dr. Buckler graduated from the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry in the top 10% of his class. He won the school's top table clinician award in 1975 and represented MCG at the American Dental Association's National Convention. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree that same year. Dr. Buckler opened a private dental practice in the Tucker area in December of 1975 and took over Dr. T Mayo Atkins' dental practice in 1983 in Decatur, GA. He combined both offices in 1991 and now operates a comprehensive dental practice of his own. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association, the Northern District Dental Society, the American Association of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the Dekalb Dental Study Club. Dr. Buckler developed a specific interest in Cosmetic Dentistry in 1979 and has completed numerous post graduate courses. He is specifically a Lumineer Trained Dentist and was the first dentist in Atlanta, GA to place a porcelain veneer.
