Scheduled 8am. The first truck was in my driveway at 8 on the dot! Just a couple minutes later, Charles Williams, the owner, showed up in person to take a look and discuss what his crew would be doing. AWESOME touch! Spencer and Angel were great to work with also! They communicated the whole time so I knew what was going on. We had some tough pet stains from previous pet owners and they got them mostly up... what just wouldn't come up (which Charles did communicate could be difficult spots) they told me they could do some extra treatments but wanted to be considerate of my schedule, which just wouldn't allow the extra time. They didn't stop there, they left me some extra cleaner that will get up the stain and instructed me how to get it up. This saved me money and allowed me to get back to work! The real extra mile was when they offered to leave thier fans to make sure it was dried well! They said they could just pick them up later! I highly reccommend these true service professionals!
