Ciento West( & I'm sure East as well) is a sh** hole. You have no standards. You don't pay attention to the problems here, or you just don't care. Getting ahold of of you to get anything FIXED is next to impossible. Your parking is ridiculous, you make it very difficult to obtain passes and it seems like you've have teamed up with the towing company. Somebody's always getting towed because your parking "rules" are so strict. The summer was total h*ll as the air was off for weeks! The water is constantly being shut on and off. The parking lot outside and within is falling apart. Most of the people that live there have no respect for the complex. Lights and other fixtures are broken and never repaired. There's graffiti all over the place. People throw trash everywhere. There's constant traffic going in and out (people and cars). Punk kids and gangster wanna-be's loitering around the complex, smoking pot right in front of people at the courtyard by the pool, on the stairs, in the laundry room and in the phone room (which is unlocked so anyone can just go in there and mess with things). People drinking and being loud at all times of the day and night, (even minors)- leaving beer cans and booze bottles all over the place for visitors to see. It seems like you have no standards for who you let move in here. I've seen some strange people: tweekers and other shady characters around here and the word on the street is some of you are drug addicts yourselves. Do you have any integrity?
