Is the worse waste servive ever. They missed my service the firs day. The lady said she was going to have someone to pick it up the next day afternoon. I called twice just asking for the time and she was very unpolite and rude to me. Don't recomment you this service A&K are better.

Eric Gooden I would never recommend this company to anyone. nicole, the answering service/secretary/ puppet, is surely a refection of the owner, bob lewellen. Anytime there is a complaint, this company's attitude is "find another company to provide you service if you don't like the way we do things". This is the second instance that I've dealt with these people behind their neglect, and the last!!! I intend to send a copy of the unprofessional response that he(bob lewellen) sent to my wife, to the BBB, Angie's List, and all other organizations that publishes valued customer opinions. If you let this company service you, its a total waste of money.

Worst service I have since I got their service I have paid one month ahead of my services and still like that it has been longer than 1 month to them to go pick up my trash every time I have call to tell them about the problem she said our driver forgot to go and pick up but they never forget to send the payment cupons for the year WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!! I DON'T RECOMMEND DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!

I came home from work to find trash all over our yard. We are new tenants in a rental house and the previous tenants used this company (Country Waste) for trash. I tried calling them a few times about setting up trash service, but could never get anyone, so we switched to a different company. I cleaned it up because I didn't want it on the ground or animals to get into it. After cleaning it up I called Country Waste about the trash can that was missing, and the lady that answered the phone said that they came today to pick up the trash can because there was a past due notice. I explained to her that we just moved into the house (about 3 weeks ago!) and we didn't know the previous tenat(s) and their issues. She said well if we knew that we wouldn't have taken the trash can. I then asked her why they "dumped it out instead of placing it in the new trash can that was right next to it or why they didn't leave a note." She said "we don't do that." Even though I picked it up, I asked if they were going to come back out and clean up their mess, and she once again said "we don't do that". I cannot believe the rude lady on the phone and the total lack of care by her/ the company.

i would NEVER recommend this stupid, no customer service, unprofessional company ! they picked up our trash three times, i sent them 40 bucks for two months and they said we owed them money ( 57 dollars more) before they would pick up anymore trash.... i got less than one month of service when i had paid for two , they cashed the check ( they dont take credit cards, who dosent take credit cards?) as i see it they owe me 22.50 for service i didnt get !!! but even better, the manager / owner wont talk to you on the phone, he just sends mean letters with red ink notes on how you owe him more money ... so unprofessional and very rude!! my husband and i both own our own small biz and can not believe the lack of professionalism they have over there - DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE AWFUL !!!
