i had a girl named Jessica do a so called "keratin" treatment that burned my scalp immediately and had to be washed off right away without her telling me that a bunch of my hair had burned off in the process now a couple months later the hair is growing up and its throughout my scalp and in between especially towards the crown. I noticed my hair was thinner but I thought it was because it was straight. it was not patchy so it was hard to tell. Now that the hair can be seen growing back. I called and asked why she did not tell me my hair had fallen out she denied it and started being rude and defensive and cussing. I said I dont want anything from you just why you did not tell me she kept going on. so unprofessional and rude. I will be leaving these reviews everywhere I can to prevent it from happening to others and I will flag all her posts and ask others to do the same. The treatment is not even a Keratin treatment I researched all about it after my scalp burned and what she did was not it and she still took my $125 after she obviously saw so much hair fall off. I was so oblivious even after i felt stubbles of hair near my forehead right after the treatment coming back i had no idea what the feeling was until the hair is now long enough to see. at the time she was doing even after the burn she was so nice and telling me her life story i had a good time with her so i feel very deceived that she did not tell me and how rude and unprofessional she was when i asked her about wha
