My buddy and I rented from Al Dasilva and I have never dealt with let alone witnessed a "helicopter landlord". Al was always coming on to the property to find something to complain about. Every interaction AFTER singing the lease was appalling. As a 35 year old man, it was very frustrating to have somebody who is not my mother repeatedly complain about anything and everything while also telling you what to do.
