All of the H1-B Visa workers must sign a “Rider Agreement” that they will not quit from the company for 3 and ½ years, but if they do, they have to pay company back “$25,000.” The company also makes all of the new employees and all current employees when they were hired to sign a “Non-Compete Agreement” that we cannot work for a Competing Pharma company within 300 miles for 2 years after employment with the company. What does this mean? It means that if you do work for a competitor and they find out, they will send your signature to your new company to tamper with your new employment opportunity! Your best bet as a job seeker is to not apply in the first place to avoid the headache in the first place! Not sure if this rumor is true, but if you do resign from the company and not share where you are going, they always seem to find out – I will let the audience reading this figure out how they do it. What does the company need to do to improve? 1. Stop mistreating KVK TECH employees! 2. Allow everyone to be hourly employees 3. Advise the “Advisor” to be hands-off and not hands on – and allow the company to be run by people that have ran Pharmaceutical companies to join KVK TECH and get the real thing running great – The longer the “Advisor” is hands-on – the longer the bad reviews will keep pouring in! 4. Get rid of the Rider Agreement and Non-Compete Agreement – it is everyone’s constitutional right to obtain another position if the employee is offered more $
