Had a terrible experience with Jim Callender Insurance. He and his wife are rude, and said derogatory remarks to me. They are not helpful but say they will do anything to help . This was only a statement to get the business then was not willing to help with anything plus being rude in the process. DO NOT BE TAKEN BY THIS MAN. There are many great insurance people out there that will do what they say they will do.
