In 1992 Henderson Heating and Air acquired another small air conditioning company and merged the assets and manpower to become “United”. We started doing light commercial HVAC in the mid ’90s and we continued to grow into a larger air conditioning and heating company so that by 2000 we were one of the top 3 residential air conditioning companies in Montgomery, Alabama.
