My 6 year old and I picked out a tree at Dwulets Farm Market on Lanes Mill Road as I did last year. The guy tied it down and assurred me it would make it to my house as it had the year before. Well less than 2 miles later as we entered the parkway south, the tree flew off the car onto the right travel lane of the parkway. Cars were almost crashing as they try to avoid the $50 9.5 foot tree. I called the police to advise them and they made sure I was not going to try to retrieve it myself. No way, I was already taking the next exit to make my way back to Dwulets. I pulled in and the guy was like where is the tree? I told him what happened and he smugly shrugged his shoulders and was like what do you want me to do about it? He said he volunteers to place it on the car and he would not give me another tree or my money back. He never apologized, or even offered to cut the price of another tree. A couple told him they wanted to hear what I had to say. They offered to buy me another tree and told the man he was wrong and was not handling the situation well.
