While banking with Fidelity Bank has always been a very customer service orientated company. I have been greeted by certain employees and have taken the time to remember my name and have given top shelf costumer service. I have banked with other banks and none other than Fidelity Bank has catered to my needs even when it had to do with personal needs. Thanks to the employees I have never wanted to change banks.
