Definitely not recommended. Very unreliable. They were not able to finish the job they started. Had to hire a different plumber to come in and take over. They also took short cuts and used cheap materials. Had to have some of their work redone. Beckie, their billing person tried to overcharge me and then threatened a legal action if I didn’t pay up. Do not use Phillips Plumbing!
