Tiles by Terry just finished installing tiles in our newly renovated kitchen ... and one word - EXCELLENT !!! Terry is so respectful and corteous, reflecting timeliness, professionalism, and hard-work in all he does on his projects. We asked him for recommendations, which he always provided and his finished work was impeccable. After he had finished the installation, we noticed a tile that had too may imperfections - depsite all the work it would take, he came back and removed the tile and placed in a new one - he actually traveled to the Tile Shop to get the tile and replaced, free of charge !!! True professionalism ... and customer always comes first in his book !!!! I never tend to recommend contracotrs, etc... but hansds-down will do with this company. Regards, Torres Family, Lexington, KY
