Great Half Sour Pickles!. My family owned bagel shops for years in the south Florida. Everyone is retired now and as we moved to North Florida we have not been able to get a good fresh pickle. I love crisp dill pickles and saw Sour Dills by Geshmak at Costco. The Best Before Date was 8/2/12 and I bought it 3 months before. The pickles were very overdone, soft, and so bad that I had to throw out the whole 48oz jar. I should have been more aware because the brine was cloudy.

I just LOVE your Half Sour Pickles! I get them at our Costco, who initially sold them during Passover.
