This is NOT a recommendation, as Manta suggests - I will not patronize this company due to their sleazy and rude sales practices; BR Auto Glass called my place of business, stated that they were a locally owned company called BR Auto Glass, and that they were currently offering some windshield replacement specials. Before he could continue by listing all the specials, I informed him that this we are a place of business and we do not accept solicitations of this sort, at which point, he HUNG UP ON ME!!! Particularly bad idea since you had already mentioned who you were!!

I would not recommend this company to anyone that wants reliable service! I had scheduled an appointment with this company for 10 to 12 then they had called back and said they had made a mistake and would have to reschedule for 3 to 5 after I had drove an hour out of the mountains! I would not recommend this company to anyone that wants reliable service! I had scheduled an appointment with this company for 10 to 12 then they had called back and said they had made a mistake and would have to reschedule for 3 to 5 after I had drove an hour out of the mountains! Then I waited from 3 to 5 and no one yet again showed up! So I pretty much waisted a whole do for nothing because this company is unreliable and frankly shouldn't be In business far as I'm concerned!!!
