Started out with a consultation by Wendy who sold me on a laser hair removal package for my entire face. Promised hair free with no more than 3 sessions. At the end of 3 I was in the same state so I called to schedule a fourth. When I arrived I was told Wendy had left and my sessions would be conducted by Luz. She wasn’t as friendly but seemed competent and informative. During this session she sold me on a photo facial package that would take care of redness, spider veins and brown spots on my face, hands and chest...very expensive. My husband was very generous at Christmas and my birthday and had purchased another $1100+ gift certificates. Appointments were an issue, I arrived for 4 appointments just to be told I wasn’t in the book even though I had appointment cards. Was told to reschedule.😖. After 6 sessions of laser hair removal with absolutely no result, three appointments for photo facial with no results, 4 appointments not being booked and many calls to the spa that went unreturned I had it. I called asking for my money to be returned because I didn’t receive any results and spent hours in pain and recovery down time with nothing to show. The supposed manager that answers the phone was sympathetic but I received no promise of a return of monies for the treatments or the unused gift cards. I was transferred to Luz who also told me they would not refund my money even though I had no results. I requested that someone talk with Dr. Rosen to see if he would agree to a refund but I’m still waiting for a call back. I guess this business doesn’t prioritize it’s clients who are left with only one recourse, reporting them to the BBB and warning others on social media sites. I had such high hopes when I began with this company and left totally disgusted realizing that people can still be treated and scammed in this matter. Please do your homework! This company collected approximately $2700 from me with nothing to show! They wouldn’t even refund my unused gift cards.
