Average Joes went above and beyond our expectations. They truly customized their service to meet our needs.They were very courteouse and we never had any issues with billing. We have had this company for over a year .We have been very happy with service especially the recycling !Very friendly and affordable.I agree with one of the reviewers they do go out of there way .I am a Tuesday pickup and my neighborhood is picked up about 10:30 ish for recycling .The trash within an hour or so later . We have also rented a dumpster from them for our bathroom remodel .They were very helpful and the cost couldnt be beat.

We have used several other trash services in the area since moving here several years back and Average Joe's is By far the BEST hands down! When other trash services will not pick it up, Average Joe's will be there every time. As for one of the prior comments about them not picking up trash trash until "1 in the afternoon", I would like for you to try to go out one day and do what the operators of this business have to do and then maybe you will have a little more appreciation for their amazing service and realize your not their only customer. My last service didn't pick up my trash for 2 weeks once, I think I can handle my trash not being picked up until 1 on a bad day. As for "their trucks sitting at the place they park them until...", have you ever stopped to think that maybe they have multiple trucks to be sure they can pick up your garbage even if one goes down? Also, if your trash is scattered or if the animals are ripping it open throughout the day then maybe you should try to get it into a trash container that will prevent that in the 1st place. Some companies won't even touch your trash if it isn't in "Their trash receptical", meaning if you fill up their approved container, they will refuse to pick up anything setting around it without having to purchase a second or larger container. With Average Joe's service, they make sure to take anything within reason to save the the extra hassle of hauling it off to the dump yourself. Thank you Average Joe's Trash Service!

Avergae Joe's is the worst trash company that I have ever had. They do not start their pick up until very late in the afternoon, leaving my trash to be ripped open and scattered by animals throughout the day. The office staff is rude and when asked why the trash is picked up so late, they tell you that is because they have so many customers. NOT TRUE. the trucks are sitting at the place they park them until 11in the morning or even 1 in the afternoon at times. They never picked up the scattered trash and then we started to get missed after complaining. Terrible service.
