We probably would all agree that customers do themselves a disservice by simply not asking enough questions before they buy. Who would have guessed that beyond the standard state required insurance — most companies are not suppling you the protection on the actual value of your goods? EXPRESS ALLIANCE COURIER is the only local company with whom I am acquainted that offers satisfactory coverage that exceeds the competition without paying extra. I didn't have to wrestle the conversation to get straight answers about their services I was paying to receive. Mario was very pleasant, professional and reassuring, as was the demeanor of the office personnel. I didn't have to ask twice and they emailed me everything I asked to review before procuring their services. They were on time, clean, well equipped and cooperative. I would recommend them to anyone who need quality customer service and careful handling of your possessions. If you don't have the time to search for the right fit for your move, you may rest in the confidence I experienced with EXPRESS ALLIANCE COURIERS in Signal Hill, California !
