Worst experience with a tow company! Will make sure my insurance company knows this and hopefully NEVER contracts them for service. They have a job because I pay for my insurance...Man was rude, did not introduce self, didn't touch car after battery started, as-ked if he can still check my battery to make sure it's fully charged, said "I'm not AAA" ....etc refused to give me business card, made threatening hand gestures and said he didn't care if I called to complain, said their phone number was on truck's door as he was jumping in and speed away! (Fortunately, I have lic. plate :) As a woman, in my 20's, not bad looking, never experienced this type of treatment nor attitude from any male or my husband. This was completely inappropiate.
