Sorry, but this is not a good review. For over a year I tried to have 2 sets of stickers printed. I gave Greg old sample stickers to give him a good idea of what I wanted to be printed. Shortly after I initiated the project, I gave the woman working in the shop the number of stickers I needed. One week later I stopped in to see how the project was proceeding. The paperwork I provided a week before merely sat on a pile on Greg's desk. Life got busy and I didn't check in with Greg for over a year. Never got a call saying the stickers were done. Never got a call about anything. Finally, I got a chance to check in with Greg. He claimed he never heard how many stickers I needed. He had no idea where the paperwork was but he offered to look for it and start printing the stickers. A couple weeks go by and I hear nothing from him. I call and ask how it's going and he says he hasn't had time to print the stickers but he'll "get to it this week." A month goes by and I hear nothing. I stop in and he merely says "Yea, I haven't had time to get to it." So I tell him I'll take my paperwork and go. He couldn't have cared less that he was losing business. On top of that, HE LOST MY PAPERWORK. Thank goodness he still had the sample stickers I gave him but the sketch with the numbers on it was gone. What kind of business are you running if you don't care about the small orders? Would Greg rather focus on high-paying projects instead of just a couple sets of stickers? Apparently....
