Nick is A big baby and takes things way too personally does not have the slightest clue as to what good or proper customer service is and how to retain a customer he is extremely pretentious and does not value his customers the only thing he values is how much money he can make from his customers rather than focusing on making customers for life he is so foolish that he asked a customer to unwind a transaction and when the customer refused after he spoke to him in a very condescending toneif it was presented properly the customer probably would have complied he refused to do business with this customer even after the customer repeatedly tried to do business with them even expecting to take a few lumps to make up for their mistakeand their lack of due diligence so this customer has purchased over $75,000 worth of product from other places so far this year and has referred dozens of customers away to other locations probably all over a $500 mistake so he turned a $500 mistake into probably a $500,000 mistake and if I was his bossI would lock him up stairs and keep him away from customershe should only touch watches and computers because it's unfortunate A disappointed customer will tell anybody who will listen and a happy customer might tell someone not smart to refuse a customer's watch trade-in you should never refuse it if you don't want it you just appraise it extremely conservatively if you say no you insult them if low blame the market that's what you get for 50k a year
