My experiance with this company was horrible. When I first spoke with Bruce, I was under the impression that this would be a reputable company. He told me what to do with my Dryer to make sure his service was needed. But when the techician (Edison) came out, he was most unprofessional. He spoke to me and my daughter as if we where 5 year old children. He had to come back with the part 2 days later. When he got there at 6:30 pm, he did not have the part with him. I want to make sure to mention Judy. She accused me of requesting 4 separate after hours apt. The only reason Edison had to come back a 3rd time was because he forgot to bring the part. Use this company if you like wasting your time and money.
