HAD READ A COUPLE OF POOR REVIEWS ABOUT THIS COMPANY BUT THEY WERE RECOMMENDED BY A GOOD FRIEND SO I TOOK A CHANCE. I HAVE BEEN HIGHLY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE COMPANY. CATHLEEN IS VERY HELPFUL WITH FOLLOW UP AND JULIE IS VERY PATIENT WITH AN INEXPERIENCED NEW LANDLORD. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

The WORST property managers. Will not return calls. Will not have maintenance performed in a timely manner. Always say "the owner won't approve..." or "the owner won't get back to us"
Not talking a couple days or even weeks...it took MONTHS to have anything done.
High turnover within the company leads the person answering the phone to exclaim "she's no longer with us, let me write this down and give it to somebody"
