I love my new dining room table pad from Berger's. The colors look great and the pad fits the table perfectly. I was cutting corners and didn't buy a pad for my table leaf but decided that was a big mistake and am buying one now. Their customer service was amazing. Replies to my emails and phone calls within minutes of leaving them (Thanks for your help Rick). Lastly I couldn't believe how fast the custom pad was shipped. All in all a great experience.

What an excellent experience. Funny thing was, I don't remember contacting this company over year and a half ago, but when I called to ask about pricing, Zach asked for some info and up came my information. I told him what I wanted and he not only gave me their price, he gave me prices of his competitors. Shipping was estimated at 5 to 6 weeks, if I was not in a rush, and I got my pads in 4 weeks. Also had dealings with Kirsten at customer relations and couldn't ask for a better company to deal with. Immediate response to emails and issues. Thank you very much for a good shopping experience. A couple of months ago my wife and I bought a beautiful new table, and having 2 kids, knew that we needed some kind of cover for it.
