Do not hire this company. He does not screen employees, his employee brought drugs to our home. He left them on our porch, in a sunglass case. A Marijuana pipe, syringes, metal spoon and baggies were in it. We had to phone the police to get the drugs. His crew member came back later that evening asking if we found his black case. Jim was defensive, insisted it wasn't his employee. He offered no discount for our stress. He just really acted like it was NOT HIS FAULT this man brought drugs to our home. He doesn't understand that your employees are your responsibility. You are to screen them, and they represent your business. He took no responsibility. The work itself was okay. They sprayed our grass, and decorative rocks with paint. There are areas we have to touch up ourselves as I do not want Jim or his crew back on my property. You get what you pay for, he might be cheap, there's a reason.
