This company is unprofessional, they will not deliver on what they promise and are VERY rude when you call them on their lack of professionalism and knowledge. AVOID them at all costs! I do NOT recommend them to ANYONE!

I have had nothing but the best experience with Sequent. My phone system recent went down and my phone company at the time was unable to provide any support. With such a vital aspect of my business not working, I was desperate. I called upon some local business associates for advice. Sequent was the company that was highly recommended. I gave them a call and was pleasantly surprised when the staff said that they would be right over to help. They got our system up and running in no time. We have currently switch to Sequent for all of our IT and phone system support. They have always provided such great customer service with friendly and knowledgable staff. I will continue to recommend them to others.
