The owner is rude and condescending. I was unhappy with the quality of the product and when I contacted him he sent me a link to a As Seen on TV camera and said it was "right up my alley".

I've never seen such horrible customer service. I had a few questions to ask and was told to find a 15 year old to answer my questions. I was too old to understand how to use this equipment. To make matters worse the man hangs up on me.
Funny, I was not to old to spend my money here.
