I am a hands on plastering contractor. One man crew. Plenty of references'. Third generation plasterer. Formally introduced to plastering in the eighties working on schools with synthetic stucco. EIFS, Exterior Insulating Foam System, that experience relates to the green build that is currently taking place. Once the walls are up, l can take it from there. Since I work alone, 500 square yards is about my max. I have checked the integrity of existing structures when it comes to restuccos. My specialty would probably be an existing home with an addition. Usually the addition is cured out by the time I have finished giving the existing a colorcoat, so it works like clockwork...
