Provide services geared toward helping individuals remove obstacles along their path toward independence and full community-integration ? Provide solutions and programs that produce tangible results ? Provide services state-wide in all 21 counties (services vary by county) to over 6,500 individuals/families ? Emphasize health and wellness components throughout all services/programs provided ? Over .90? of every dollar is spent directly on provision of services
