Mr Fred scammed my 83 year old mother by selling her an inferior product. He was unable to provide kowledgeable answers to her questions. From the moment the computer was installed it did not function correctly. We spent hours on the phone and hundreds of dollars to have the viruses removed, remedy the printer problem and correctly install her email account. When contacted for an explanation he informed my mom, "you've been scammed!"
