I used to work for Scott's on a fork truck stacking large pallets of soil and mulch. It was a shame it was only a seasonal job. The managers and supervisors there were very decent country folk. It wasn't anything like working for some stressed out big city manager. I miss them. They were really down to earth people and they grieved at the end of every season when they had to lay off the extra hired help. During this Obama Recession it was very hard to find any kind of job.
