After waiting a 'month' for a normal small piece of glass my window frame and new glass has scratches on it. I called and left a msg as soon as I found it. I got a return call and instead of a friendly apology or an offer to look at it and try to make it right I was told he'd rip my check up and to get my window repaired else where or take him to the magistrate because 'there would just be other issues'. I've never been treated so rude by management in my life.
