I recently obtained my A+ and Network+ certifications and I did not have much IT experience except for an internship and a short term temporary role. The Recruiter Matt Ravenell at Bernard Nickels & Associates went out of his way to place me on a temporary assignment with one of his top fortune 500 clients. Even though this position was temporary, I was able to learn a lot, feel part of a big professional team environment and I was able to add the wonderful experience to my resume. Bernard Nickels & Associates walked me through the entire recruiting process seamlessly. I wish I had that kind of communication and professionalism with other companies in the New York IT industry. I met the team members at Bernard Nickels & Associates and they were all genuinely excited as I was after hearing about me getting the job. Matt was very knowledgeable, informative and professional throughout the entire process. I would refer Bernard Nickels to anyone I know in IT.
