When you meet Joseph he will leave you with the impression that he is very experienced, has a lot of connections and is very knowledgable in the financial consulting field. You won't sign any contracts with him, won't talk about how much his services cost or discuss any time frames. He very persuasively ensures you that he is a very skillful problem solver and he will without a doubt resolve any issues you are having. (Whether it is mortgage, credit repair, judgements, etc.). Then when it comes down to it. He will initially take all of your financial information and say he is "working on solving the problem". A couple weeks will pass, you will call him and ask how things are going. He will tell you everything is going as planned and he is still working on it. Then another couple of weeks will pass and he will say "yes everything is going well and he will call when everything is ready". Then you don't hear from him for another couple of weeks and before you know it months pass and still no results. Each time you call him, he will say "yes I'm working on it, I will call you" or "give me another week and it'll be finished once I discuss it with a couple more people". He will lead you on, give you hope and keep feeding you lies. He lead me on for 4 months and didn't get anything done at all. He is a conniving liar that manipulates people and loves the attention.He is also most likely out of his mind and should be admitted to a mental constitution. Number one con artist in Philly.
