I was on my way back from Santee, SC. last week when my water pump went out on my trailblazer at the Fairplain exit in West Virginia (exit 132 on 77 North). We were towed to Ron's Car Clinic. It only took about 4 hours from the time we broke down until we were back on the road. Very nice people. If I lived there.I would, without a doubt take my car there to have it worked on. I would never take any vehicle of mine to his shop again. I especially caution any woman taking her car to him for a repair. In my experience I caught him in several lies about the work he had actually done to my car. He charged me twice, which totaled about 1400.00 for my car over heating with the promise that it was fixed. The car was not fixed and it was in worse shape than when I sent it to him. When I had another mechanic look at my car he told me this stuff called "stop leak" was put in my car because he could see it around the rim of my radiator opening and floating in the solution. I have currently sent my documentation to the attorney general's office and the better business bureau, with the hopes of preventing this from happening to another woman who trusts what a mechanic tells her.
