On Tuesday February 28th 2012, around 10am, we experienced the worst customer service and waitress service from Janice! She was not friendly, not alert to our needs, never thanked us for our business and was in a rush! The restaurant was not full to capacity. We have been coming to this restaurant for years because of the delicious food. I strongly recommend that Janice be replaced immediately. She is definitely driving business away! I will be writing a letter to the owner and the manager to express my complaint.
