I visited your store today at around 2 pm with a bag full of nice, clean and laundered, name brand clothes. I was insulted as soon as I walked in the door because they were in a large bag. I was told, 'These should be in a bin, not in a bag!!'- First sentence out of his mouth! I asked the salesman 'How are they normally brought in, I didn't see on your flyer that the clothes needed to be hung on hangers??'' He sneered and said, 'No, but not like this, nothing good ever comes out of a bag!' With that comment, I took my bag off of the counter and let him know this type of behavior was incredibly rude. I also asked for his name and asked to speak with a manager, which he refused to tell me, and made no move at all to call for a manager. In fact he laughed and I realized he nor this store was worth my time. His insulting, sneering attitude lost this store my business and I will be sure to share this with everyone I know. I usually visit monthly and spend hundreds of dollars on clothes for several kids, but I will not set foot in this store again. You guys need to understand this type of business would not work without customers like me bringing in clothes and then using my credit to buy more clothes from you. Its a consignment store after all, isn't it?? I can guarantee if you allow rude men like this to to work in this store you will continue to lose your customers.
