Bill, You didn't answer my last e-mail, so my wife had to call you. Thank you for taking the time to explain to her. From what she told me, you quoted me the wrong price at $325.00. She told me it should be $400.00. From my notes on when I originally called you, I told you that I was looking to buy a house through a mortgage company. You told me to tell them you where a certified residential, telling me you where the highest credentials in appraisals. The customer is always right, not in this case. What a poor example for your son in the business. My father always tells me to get it in writing. I have dealt with a lot of people on this property transaction and have been fine until now. I guess my father is right I have to get everything in writing, "say it, forget it, write it down, regret it." Thank You for teaching me to always listen to my father. -Colt
