We also had problems in settling an estate since 2021. It was an easy estate with no debt, some stock, a home and a lot. He kept promising that he would get it settled. We finally had to take him to COURT. Meanwhile, the estate lost money over stocks not being sold while market was up, and the lot which lost value due to building restrictions added months after her death. Of course, he earned a fee each year for handling the estate. We would not recommend.

Harry is my Uncle's executor. It will be almost TWO YEARS and Harry has not fulfilled his legal obligations in settling my Uncle's estate! He's never contacted us, which he is required to do when exceeding the allocated time frame set by California standards. I sent him a registered letter requesting documents within 30 days as to why the ridiculous delay. He's never responded! Extremely unprofessional. Will be reporting Harry to the CPA board for unethical behavior. As well as the agency in charge of executing a will. My Uncle never would have allowed such gross negligence.
