Factory Service Specialists Inc, was refered to me by the manufacturer of my oven. I called them to set up a service call. At my request, the man I talked to gave me pricing that was straightforward and seems fair. Upon describing my problem he offered a solution that I could easily try to address the problem myself. If that doesen't work, then he recommended that they send someone out. I thought it was refreshing that he tried to help me without making a quidk service sale. I haven't tried the solution yet, but I have trust in the honesty of this company.
