I bought an LED sign from this company and it arrived 6 weeks late. When I opened the box it became clear this was a used product that was probably a return item. It contained no manual, had scratches on it and all packaging was not original. This company is a fraud...DO NOT Give them your Credit Card Number or buy anything from them. I called to rectify this situation but was ignored.
